'Bufet' in Polish language means canteen. In the history of Polish cousine canteens has a special plece. It's a small restaurant with homemade Polish meals like golabki, bigos, pierogi and soups - our fantastic chicken broth, essencial red borsch, sour cabbage soup, sour rye soup are integral part of Polish meals. This branding it's my tribute for Polish soup, which are integral part of Polish tradition.
